For Government/Military Registrants:
If you experience lag in the registration page while on a government-issued computer, disconnect from the VPN or register on a personal machine.
In accordance with Joint Travel Regulations 0302, U.S. Government travelers are also required to document government-provided meals on their travel voucher.
How to Register:
Please register with a complete and accurate email address as well as your full legal name. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
For Government Card Holders:
Cancellation
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Jenica Seguine at jseguine@NDIA.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before September 14, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after September 14, 2024. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!

Harassment Policy
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
Code of Conduct
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants. Recording
I understand that NDIA and/or registered media may use photography and video to record, reproduce, and distribute the photos and video recordings of this event (webinar, conference, meeting, etc). I understand that photos or videos may be taken, and any remarks, questions, and comments that I make will/may be included in any such recording. I hereby give my consent for my name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance (as recorded by video or photography) to be used in marketing and/or video recording by NDIA, its affiliates, and/or media for any purpose associated with this event (webinar, conference, meeting, etc.).
Live-Fire Demonstration
AS A CONDITION OF MY VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION IN THE LIVE-FIRE DEMONSTRATION, on behalf of myself, my family, heirs, and personal representatives(s), I hereby assume all the risks and responsibilities surrounding my participation, and in advance waive and release, indemnify, promise to defend, hold harmless and forever discharge, all to the fullest extent of the law, the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and its agents, managers, members, sponsors, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors and assigns of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of actions, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation in any of the events or activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of, NDIA provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to a person whose conduct was (a) a direct cause of harm to me and (b) intentionally wrongful, or constituted willful and wanton misconduct .
I understand that the activities that I will participate in are inherently dangerous, that firearms by their very nature are unpredictable and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury and including but not limited to injury to hearing, damage to personal property and/or death. I understand that certain foreseeable and unforeseeable risks, dangers, and injuries due to inadequate or defective equipment, and all other potential dangers inherent to activities involving firearms exist.
I have no known injuries or infirmities that would preclude full participation in stressful and strenuous training.
I will observe and obey all rules and warnings and follow all instructions.
If any term of this Waiver and Release shall be held illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any law, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected thereby, and, further, a court may modify this document to the extent necessary to give effect to the intention of the parties.
