The 2026 Future Force Capabilities Conference & Exhibition will conclude with a Live Fire Demonstration, taking place on Wednesday, June 10. Due to limited parking, all attendees must take the provided bus transportation.

Looking to Demonstrate? 

If your company is interested in being a demonstrator, please complete the application and send it to Allison Hitchner, ahitchner@NDIA.org.

Application deadline is Friday, May 22.

There is no additional fee for exhibitors or sponsors to participate in the Live Fire Demonstration. At $3,100, your exhibit package includes a 10x10 booth space, two full conference registrations, and no-cost access to the live fire demonstration, giving you both floor presence and live, hands-on exposure. This is a high-ROI opportunity to engage decision-makers and demonstrate performance where it matters most. Sponsors can also participate as a demonstrator at not extra cost.
