  • Wednesday, Sept 25: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Thursday, Sept 26: 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

For Poster Presenters

Poster Guidelines

Poster Guidelines

Presenters are recommended to arrive between 3:00 - 5:00 pm on Tuesday, September 24 before the Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall to set up their posters.

Poster fonts should be easy to read, including:

  • High color contrast such as black or navy text on a white background or white text on a black background
  • Use simple font styles and sans serif fonts (e.g. Arial, Verdana, Helvetica)
Presenters are expected to bring their own posters - NDIA will supply thumbtacks for hanging your poster
  • Posters will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall
  • It is recommended that poster presenters stand by their poster during networking breaks and receptions to maximize visibility.
  • Bring posters to designated poster area within the Exhibit Hall between 3:00 - 5:00 pm on Tuesday, September 24, before the Opening Reception starts at 5:00 pm.
  • All posters must be retrieved by 3:30 pm on Thursday, September 26, when the Exhibit Hall closes and exhibitor move-out begins. Any unclaimed posters after the move-out time will be considered forfeited.
  • Unclaimed posters will be collected by NDIA for proper disposal.

Poster Setup & Removal

Presenters are responsible for both providing and removing their own posters. Materials left behind will be removed and discarded. Poster sessions will be open during networking breaks in the Exhibit Hall throughout the conference.

Poster materials must be delivered to the designated poster area within the Exhibit Hall between the hours of 3:00 – 5:00 pm on Tuesday, September 24, before the Opening Reception, and must be removed no later than 3:30pm on Thursday, September 26.
