The 2024 Future Force Capabilities Conference & Exhibition will conclude with a Live Fire Demonstration, taking place on Friday, September 27 at the Bear Swamp. All conference registrants will have the opportunity to attend at no additional fee. Should you need transportation, there will be the option to add-on transportation for a minimal fee during the registration process.

Interested in Demonstrating?

If your company is interested in demoing, please complete the application here and send it to Allison H. Carpenter at ahcarpenter@NDIA.org with product descriptions of what your company would like to demonstrate. The application will need to be approved by our Demo Committee. Once the application is approved, additional details and invoicing will follow.

Schedule of Events

Bus pickup at the Virginia Beach Convention Center
-You will be required to sign a waiver and wear your conference badge to board the buses
Lunch will be provided
Live Fire Demonstration (interactive)

Bus Schedule (Schedule is subject to change)

9:00 am: Attendees arrive & board buses at Virginia Beach Convention Center
9:30 am: Buses depart Virginia Beach Convention Center for Bear Swamp
10:30 am: Safety Brief and demo starts
1:30 pm: Early bus departs
2:30 pm: Demo ends and final buses depart to return to Virginia Beach Convention Center (est 3:30 pm arrival at Center)

Be sure to bring or wear the following if participating:

Long sleeve shirts, without pockets
Long pants
Closed-toe shoes
Ear protection
Eye protection
